Costing to G/L

All,

I have found the following note How to Run Transfer to GL Process (TRANSGL) With Period Date Instead of Default Payroll Check Date (Doc ID 206394.1). In this document it tells you how to change the default check date processing to the period end date. 

When query is ran against PAY_ACTION_PARAMETERS for 'TGL_DATE_USED' nothing is returned. 

I am not looking to change the process to cost based on Period Date; but the client is looking for proof that the process is using the check date. 

Again this document indicates that it is set as default to use check date, they are looking for something within Oracle, whether setup or database.
