Unable to Access GL Account Valueset Value form

Hi

I'm having an issue to open and edit or enter new values in the ValueSet Value form for natural account. The valueset is setup as independent, no security and char. I'm getting the following error message: FRM-40735: WHEN-BUTTON-PRESSED TRIGGER RAISED UNHANDLED EXCEPTION ORA-06502. If anybody can help me to figure out this will be appreciated. Thanks
