Rebate Transaction in EBS R12.1.3 for Advance Pricing

Please  advice about the functionality of quantity rebate/discount, where the system automatically creates/generates credit memo in Receivables based on quantity ordered in Order Management within a specified time frame/period.

Customer wants to know if it is possible to give quantity rebate if a customer purchases X number of units of Y item within Z time period. Now, they want that a credit memo for the customer should be automatically generated by the system when such a condition as per the sales order is fulfilled.

Is possible to do this in EBS?
