I am having a difficult time finding what patches I need to upgrade my OEM 10.2.0.4.5 to 11.1.0.1.0,

I just found out today the we are still running 10.2.0.4.5 agent, oms, and protocol version in our Oracle 11.2.0.4 DB. I would like to upgrade to at least 12.x but I am having a difficult time just finding Enterprise Manager Grid Control Release 1 (11.1.0.1.0). Where do I go to find it or how do I search for it? Everything is saying I need base OMS 11g or Agent 11g but the closest I come is 11.1.0.1.160119 PSU. Or am I just completely going in the wrong direction with my searches? I know to go to 11.1 I will
