UBE - Printer Selection

Hi,

Whenever I run any UBE, I have to UNCHECK 'Print Immediate' option otherwise by default the report will start to print.

How I can make this UNCHECK (all the time) so I do not have to UNCHECK every time I run UBEs.

See the following screen shot.

Any HELP will be appreciated.
