how can I set up another hardware in MOS?

Hello, I only see one Server in my Service Identifier.  But I have 2 other Opera Interface servers that should be listed in my dashboard and under systems.  I cannot find any location to add these into the system.  Your videos don't show how to add hardware. Please help as I cannot open a ticket for an Opera interface, as it is not located in your system.
