How can you modify the PREV_ROE_DATE for a record of employment?

Approximately 6 months ago we implemented E-Business suite (Oracle HRMS (CA)  There are some PREV_ROE_DATE fields that are not showing any data that need to be uploaded. Can this be done from within Oracle?
