Warranty not created for correct duration.

Working on the following issue .... Appreciate if any one can through some light on this...


1.Created a Warranty with name as Warranty_Full for 90 days.
2. Created an Item in Item Master as BA-DPA-10
3. Created a BOM item , BA-DPA-10-WR with items as BA-DPA-10( item) and  Warranty_Full (warranty).
4. Created an Instance for BA-DPA-10-WR item.
5. The instance got created for BA-DPA-10-WR item.
6. Warranty got created for 1 day.
7. It should be created for 90 days as defined in Item master service tab.
