Patch 22139235 and Standby Database

When I installed patch 22191711 which included patches 21951844 and 22139235, I only installed the 21951844 patch to both the primary and standby databases because that was specified in the ReadMe. The ReadMe for patch 22139235 did not include any directions to apply patch to the standby database. Should I have applied the 22139235 to the standby as well?
