ISG Restful Web Services Deploy Hung

Hi Experts,

We deployed a Restful Web Serivce on R12.2.5 env and it worked fine. After sometime, we undeployed it and re-deployed it, and it hung on deploying for hours and still not finished. It used to take a few minutes to deploy.

What could we do about this?
