Commitment method

Hi,

I have set the commitment method 1( i.e. Location With Most Quantity) for the B/P A, now want to make it 3(i.e. Lot Expiration Date).

How I can change this. Is there any procedure to follow or I can do this directly via B/P constant.

Changing the commitment method will have impact on my previous transaction.

If Yes then how I can overcome from this. Pls suggest.
