Not able to Add new One View reports

Hi All,

I log in to JDV910, with user that has sysadmin privileges

I have completed the softcoding and feature authorization too.

Assigned BI Publisher user credentials to my JDE user id.

When I try to add One view report I get error as below on Server manager Instance log

"EUR:EURRemoteEngine:uploadObject:New ReportDV.xdmz javax.xml.rpc.soap.SOAPFaultException: java.lang.NullPointerException"

Also I am not able to upload 910allreports.zip file on application P982402

Date Time [SEVERE] JDE - [JAS]             An Exception occurs while processing BIP folder/files (/home/weblogic/Oracle/Middleware/Oracle_Home/user_projects/domains/base_domain/servers/DV910/stage/DV910/app/webclient.war/e1install/910allreports/oneview/P43263/PO Voucher Payment Schedule Analysis.xdmz). unexpected null value for literal data
