BI Publisher Local super user settings

Hi,
I have a question about local super user in BI Pulblisher. I know that preferences for this user are hidden in BIP ("My Account" window is  blank). I need to change a timezone for this user in order to have a correct date for reports. Can you tell me how to do it? Thanks in advance.
