Is there any automatic notification that can be sent to SR Owner when he is assigned to SR?

Hi Everyone,

In service request cycle it starts with create a new SR, two of the fields in the SR header are the Group owner and Owner Name. The user will choose group and Owner Name, we need to send a notification to the owner when save the SR.

Is there any standard (not custom nor alert) in Service module to sent notification automatic to the SR owner?
