Change of Program and Plan not reflecting in transcript

Hi all,

I have a case of program and plan change, which is not reflecting when I generate transcript for that student. The reflection of program and plan change on other student records is fine. I am just having problem when I generate transcript for that student.

The attachment is the image of the setups of transcript type. Please find the attachment and let me know if I am missing something at setup level.
