ORA-06533: Subscript beyond countError in ad_grants.add_list

I am using the adgrants.sql delivered with patch 10117518 and received the following error during execution:

Start of giving grants. This may take few minutes.

DECLARE

ERROR at line 1:

ORA-20000: ORA-06533: Subscript beyond countError in ad_grants.add_list

ORA-06512: at line 1011

Start of PURGE DBA_RECYCLEBIN.

PL/SQL procedure successfully completed.

I will continue to search MOS for a solution, but if anyone here can assist it will greatly appreciated.
