Siebel Web Client not working - Server busy error

Hi,

We have a Siebel Env with 3 different servers for Web (OHS), SiebelGtwy+App and DB server based on RHEL 6.0. The application was working fine but today the pwd for SIEBEL user at DB has expired and we have reset it to the same pwd as it is working before.

Post that, We are not able to access the Siebel Application. We have restarted the enterprise and still same issue. Anonymous user is SADMIN and it is working fine. Checked with SQLPLUS & ODBCSQL. Below are errors seen in OM logs:
