Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. This means that users with generic domains (such as gmail.com, yahoo.com, and others) will no longer be granted access to the discussion forums and ideas labs. Field Service - EBS (MOSC)

Can we avoid using Work Order for field service process flow

We have below process flow but we do not want to use work order. Is there any way we can achieve it:

1. Create service Request

2. Create Task

3. Assign task to Field service Rep

4. Get parts required

5. Technician work and submits parts and labor details

6. maintain cost for the work done(average costing)

7. Bill customer
