The descriptive flexfield with application name Regional Localizations (JG) and name JG_HZ_CUST_ACCO

Hi Dears ,

Facing some issue during creating a customer in order management system of E Business Suite 12.1.3 ,platform oracle linux 6.

Errors are ,
 
1.The descriptive flexfield with application name Regional Localizations (JG) and name JG_HZ_CUST_ACCOUNTS (JG_HZ_CUST_ACCOUNTS) is not compiled. Please contact your system administrator. 
2.The descriptive flexfield with application name Receivables (AR) and name Party Information (HZ_PARTIES) is not compiled. Please contact your system administrator. 
3.The descriptive flexfield with application name Receivables (AR) and name Customer Information (RA_CUSTOMERS_HZ) is not compiled. Please contact your system administrator.
