Balance not carried forward correctly from previous year

Hi,

There is amount mismatch between balance carried forward from previous year to current year ie. GLAPYN not updated correctly.

While checking an Object account thru Account ledger inquiry, we found that APYN has not updated properly and there was a mismatch from 2015 to 2016.

How could this happened and how to rectify this.
