Creating an Online class with an Event ID

We would like an Event ID created on all classes each term. This requires a Facility ID, Meeting time and Day of the Week selected on the Meeting. Since there is no day/time associated with an Online Delivery, there is no Event ID. Any suggestions on how to get the Event ID without causing confusion for students with "fake" meeting info?
