Hyperlinks disappear on the PPR search page

Hello,

We are having an issue on the PPR search page where the hyperlinks under the column 'Payment Process Request' getting disappeared intermittently.

( /oracle/apps/ap/payments/psr/webui/PsrSearchPG 120.21.12010000.2  ) Oracle EBS R12.1.3

The user is not able to take any further action on the affected  PPR because of this issue. The hyperlinks strangely come back later, however it is not before 4 - 5 hours of waiting. Could anyone please point to the right direction what might be causing this.

Change: We recently moved to Linux/ Exadata and having this issue since then. -thanks/
