Performance Issue after Migration

Hi,


Previous Environment:

    DB Version:  11.1.0.6

               OS:   Redhat Enterprise Linux 5.3 (64-Bits)

Server Specs:   Dell R710, 32 GB RAM, 16 CPUs, RAID 5

Target Environment:

    DB Version:  11.2.0.4

               OS:  Oracle Enterprise Linux 6.4 (64-Bits)

Server Specs:  Dell M620 Blade Server, 64 GB RAM, 32 CPUs, RAID 1

I have migrated my production database from Dell R710 to Dell Blade M620 blade server, I performed a fresh database(11.2.0.4) installation on target server and migrated my database through exp/imp. Migration went fine but I am facing some measurable performance issues on my new environment. I guess I need to perform some post migration tuning tasks, so could you please suggest what parameters I need to consider for change/alter, and any specific task (i.e. Stats Gathering) that I must perform to optimize the performance.
