Issue unlocking base entities for multiperiods like budget - approx. 1200 base entities take 20 minu

Trying to find another admin who locks/unlocks base entities in 11.1.2.4 and see if they experience same issue.  Did you have to make any app / server changes to get it to work ?  Noticed when I select multiperiods it turns OFF optimization

Any suggestions on how to get unlock to work properly.    Locking works fine
