Subscription is not creating Order

Hi

Trying to create subscription contract in Service contracts. Service Contracts Subscription Fulfillment Program is returning error status as below.

********************Order Number = 9.990000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000E+125

order create return status = E

******************************************

NO Order Lines

Message : Error messages from Order Management

Message : Contracts will not get called as contract template id and source document type id are not provided.

Message : Please enter required information - payment type code

Message : Encountered error condition in Package OKS_OC_INT_KTO_PVT Procedure CREATE_O_FROM_K
