In my Production environment I have 2 different Branch/Plants when I refresh the resource units in

In my Production environment I have 2 different Branch/Plants  when I refresh the resource units in one it appears to work correctly and multiplys the number of employees X shift hours.   On the other one no matter what the number of employees is the capacity generated is just the shift hours.  Both work center are set up with a prime load of B (run
+ setup hours
