convert to flex asm

I'm using Oracle virtual box and created a 3 node cluster on one physical host. First I had installed 11204 GI and later I upgraded to GI 12.1.0.2.0. I want to convert this to flex asm. Can I do it?

I started asmca and I click on first table "ASM instance", then choose "Convert to Oracle flex ASM". Then it open another dialog box with network interface names eth1 and eth2. I'm not sure if I click OK , will it convert to FLEX ASM?

For some reasons I don't have rights to attach .jpg file with this thread. Can someone help me please?
