Suppress costs for configured items under PTO Model

we are on 12.2.4 and our business requirement is that under PTO hModel , when the users enter a PTO model and selects the components under a configurator as per the standard functionality the unit selling price is populated on the sales order lines

However, our business requirement is only to display the price of the PTO model and not the components

Is there a way to suppress the unit selling price for the components. As a workaround users are manually using the pricing modifier to provide a discount

Please let us know a suitable way to achieve this functionality
