Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Unable to find the triggering point

Hi Team,

Assignment rule group is not triggering since several days due to that several records are not processed.

Even i have verified the RTE, RCR,Workflow policies,Scripts but i have no luck.

Could you please suggest me the how can i find the triggering point where the assignment rule group is calling through assignment manager.
