E1 9.2 Change Tools Release to DS from SM Console does not execute

Hi,

From Server Manager I setup the deployment of the latest Tools Service Pack 9.2.0.3 to the Windows Deployment Server - the distribute component part worked successfully. The change component - Change Tools Release displays the usual 'Processing please wait' box but does nothing. Waited for awhile, nothing happens. The entry in the log file:

FINE: Discovering available software components in 'C:\jde_home\SCFHA\components'.
