CRM on Demand Data Model and Purging Clarification
Hi All,
I am hoping that I can get some guidance with this. I’m currently looking at our CRM on Demand and record utilisation. It has reached 95% and I need to look at archiving the data.
I understand that a web service needs to be called to actually archive purge the data, however I cannot seem to find a data model for CRM on Demand and I’m uncertain about how the objects are related to each other.
My highest record counts are activity followed by order. I can see that each order has one or more activity record, if I delete an order record will that delete the related records as follows
