FSTP - Actual Time

Hi Team,

Recently had a CRP session with business where I showed one of the important point for assigning the tasks via 'Schedular'. I want to discuss about the same in this post which is related with Actual start time showing different on FSTP and on SR form (Under task area)

Actual Behaviour

1. When we 'assigned' (Status) the task to the technician it doesn't mean that that is his 'Actual start time', correct? until and unless task status don't get change to 'Working' the actual start time don't reflect on the SR form. And once save the same will reflect on the FSTP portal also.As we can understand Scheduled task time and Actual start time can be same and can be different (which most of the time happens)
