Polish Tax Office - Reporting Change
Hi,
Polish Tax Office recently announced new reporting requirements for big and medium companies.
New requirement is to include all tax related transactions in one report and provide to tax office on monthly basis - starting from 1 July 2016.
This report standard is called 'unified control file' and is based on below set-up:
Structure 1 - accounting books (accounting transactions and account balances)
Struktura 2 - wyciągi bankowe (bank statements)
Struktura 3 - magazyn (warehouse transactions)
Struktura 4 - ewidencja zakupu i sprzedaży VAT (purchases and sales operations)
Struktura 5 - faktury VAT (VAT invoices register)
* Tax office requires very detailed reports and provides extended reports documentation
