List of Values with no entries?

Hi Everyone,

Is there someone to help me?

I woud like to run the follwoing report "Uruguay Sales Registry", corresponding to Uruguayan Localization. When attempting to enter the parameters for Legal Entity, it doesn´t exist any value to choose.

Could you please tell me how to do this setup to run the report and the parameter shows the accurate legal entiry?
