When we reject a requistion the commitment remains in Item Availability in the "ON PO Other 1" bucke

We are running into issues with Requisitions that have been rejected retaining the commitment in Item Availability "ON PO Other 1" bucket.

For example, we want to change a primary location of an item but can't because we still have a commitment against the item.

2 thoughts are

1) It looks like when I enter a requistion in P4310, on the Processing options, Interface Tab, Option 4 - Quantity Update, I only have 2 choices "Blank= Quanity on PO" or "1= Quantity on Other POs". We don't necessarily need commitments against requisitions, is there any way to prevent creating the commitment against the requistion and only create the commitment at the PO level? (We do convert requisitions into purchase orders (OR to OP)
