Does somebody knows error "Signature of previously entered legal invoice not found in F743011" for P

We want to start using the localization for Portugal using Oracle E1 9.0 (JDEdwards) and we are getting the same error each time we run the invoice print (R42565 and R74L3030) process in final mode, this works perfectly if is run in proof.

The error we are getting is next:

Subject       : Error: Previous Legal Invoice Sign Not F

CAUSE: Signature of previously entered legal invoice not found in F743011.

RESOLUTION: There should not be legal invoices in system without having signature and hence no further invoices can be generated for the next numbering sequence being used. Please use another NN setup or contact your system Administrator.
