OEM 13c and ILOM w/ ODA

Oracle Enterprise Manager 13c w/ ODA x5-2 @12.1.2.6

Was able to deploy agent and ODA plugin.  However, the ILOM status is unknown and returning the following:

"Metric evaluation error start - oracle.sysman.emSDK.agent.fetchlet.exception.FetchletException: - Could be because of an invalid username/password - at .../agent_13.1.0.0.0/plugins/oracle.sysman.xa.agent.plugin_13.1.1.0.0/scripts/emx/oracle_x2cn/NodeStatusCheck.pl line 140. IPMITOOL error - Could be because of an invalid username/password "

I created the oemuser within ILOM and am able to get a response to ipmitool -I lanplus -H <host> -U oemuser -P <password> -L USER sel list last 10 without a problem.
