Is there a parameter that Planning ODS Load checks to know if it is a Complete Refresh?

Hi,

Is there a parameter that Planning ODS Load checks to know if it is a Complete Refresh/Net Change?  Based on which it needs to COMPLETELY purge the previously collected data from the APS instance or not?
