How to auto fill next periods tax value with present period value.

Experts,

we've a requirement to fill the tax percentages for the next periods based on present period.

For example, A Tax measure having base intersection like Dept/Quarter/Channel. Now user wants to put the Tax value for 'Q1' and the same value should replicate to next Q2/Q3/Q4. In Same scenario, user might want to change the tax value for Q2, and the same Q2 value should replicate to Q3/Q4.

is it achievable from 'calc rule' using any modifier/procedure etc? Any quick help will be highly appreciated.
