Custom Alert errors w/APP-PAY-07114: ORA-01023: Cursor Context not Found (Invalid Cursor Number) in

When we try to open Enter and Maintain form, we are getting this error message. I got a note ( Doc ID 731731.1 ) on the same issue, i went through my custom alert and verified the code in that. Am not using any function in my alerts, but still am facing these issue. Can you please let me know where exactly is the issue.
