is it possible to make auto next in table layout in an OAF page?

HI,

There is an OAF page (Agent dashboard in Responsibility : Customer Support Specialist)  that contains a table (a screen shot in the attach), this table displays a 10 rows and the user will proceeed to the next 10 rows by click on the next link.

I would like to as if there any way to make auto next , i.e. press on the next link automatically for time out period.

Is this possible?
