Using PIM user defined attributes in Advanced Pricing

Hi

Can we use PIM user defined attributes in Advanced Pricing using any standard functionality?

eg: If I define the cost of an item as a user defined attribute (Not sure if there is a operational attribute in PIM to define cost) in PIM, Can I use advanced pricing to derive the price in Order Management from this cost by adding a markup?

Any pointers will be helpful
