Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Can sales order detail line get the print message from F40305?

My JDE Environment is JDE 7.3 CUM6. Now I am doing a test to achieve the goal that SO detail line can get the print message from F40305.

The hierarchy I set in preference is Customer + item is the first priority.

The item setup is as below.

The sales order entered as below, you can see it does not load the print message into the sales detail line.

Anyone knows what is up with the setting?
