web exception appear when we open any application.

Hello,

yesterday we face a problem that all users when they tried to open any application they receive a web exception, and because there is no obvious reason or errors appears in the logs, we stop the JDE service and start it again, the problem disappeared. Please note that we didn't perform any changes on jde.ini files of enterprise servers or jas.ini
