Revaluation Formula for EUR and IDR (Indonesia Rupiah)

We have one account (ccid = 1369) with 3 transactions: USD, IDR(Indonesia Rupiah) and EUR currency.

I want to know what is the formula for each (EUR and IDR) when do the revaluation? Is it same with Doc ID 119697.1?
