Supplier Master Revision Error

Hi

I am stuck here to add new Supplier through Supplier Master Revision. I am getting the error 'not found in User Defined Code H01 AS' when calling Address book from Supplier Master . The UDC 'Payables Y/N/M' is not filled (Y) in Address book by default and thus Address Number is not been generated. I am able to add supplier first in address book and then in Supplier master by entering the address number, but not able to add through Supplier Master Revision.  Anybody please help me out.
