Sub view tabs (Detail Category views) not appearing as tabs in Tree theme

Hi,

We have currently upgraded to Siebel IP 2015. After this upgrade, in tree theme, the sub view bars, (View tabs under detail category views/ Fourth level view tabs), which used to appear under the 'View Tabs' are now displayed only when we 'Hover' over the current view tab.

We have used 'CCSubViewbar_Tabs.swt' file in our webtemplate, which works fine in 'HI' and in the 'Tab theme' of Open UI. But in the Tree Theme, alone the display is different.

Any workarounds or solution to fix this issue would be highly helpful.
