Engine is running but no update in forecast_history table. Is there anything we need to check

We are running Batch engine through Workflow in newly cloned instance (Cloned from Prod).
But in table forecast_history we are not getting any update. Is there anything we are missing.

Although Workflow log (WF_PROCESS_LOG) says that this process completed successful(Status = 0 and run time around 1 hour).

so, I am confused whether batch engine actually runs or not. If it runs then why no update in forecast_history table.

Kindly help on this.
