ASN dates in IB

Hi Team,

Would like to have a clarity on the ASN dates against the S/N in IB. I checked the S/Ns with following states and didnt find them in IB

=> Resides in intransit

=> Resides in Receiving

I can see the S/Ns from the following status only

=> Resides in stores

Please advice is it that in IB once they come under the 'Resides in Stores' status only, if yes so reason is that we have the PO created against it?

Please if you can provide some depth guidance on it.
