Is there any approvals in new part requirements?
Hi,
In the parts requirement cycle with field service SR, the steps are as following:
1- Create SR and task.
2- Assigned it to technician.
3- Put some parts on the task.
4- Create part requirements to issue the parts from inventory.
5- Create reservation.
6- Receive inbound reservation.
Now, there is a case that after making all the above steps the user need to add new part (item) in the part requirement, and the customer asked to have any kind of approvals on this new line.
Is that possible and How?
